Looks very tasty. We tend to use a pressure cooker for many things on the boat and at home. It saves so much time and gas, hence spondulics. I only mention because I see the pans, so forgive me if you already have one.
Here gas is very cheap …it’s only expensive is good old UK , we pay about £6 to fill a 6 kg bottle
Love the mangrove and jungle shots. That mosquito had a Scottish twang to it too tha noo are you sure it's nae a visitor!?

Hi, I got here in the end! Thank you for sharing this - it is very interesting, educational, well presented and down to earth. Okay so a few rough edges but that makes us human and I couldn't do any better in fact much much worse. Not sure about the "music" on the bus trip - sort of expecting reggae but times have changed even there I guess. The rain must be a bit of a respite now for you rather than a pain in the proverbial like it is in Scotland. The grass is always greener!. It's just as well you didn't try to do anything else with the boat dragging its anchor as you would more than likely be accused of, well anything but trying to do a good deed. Fortunately not everyone on a yacht is so ungreatful for any help offered. Charter yacht or otherwise. Stay safe and we are so looking forward to the next video.
