I can’t imagine how it felt to lose her..she was a beautiful mare and she would have won that race without a doubt..match racing can be very dangerous most of the times and sadly she fell victim to it..rest in peace little filly you are missed and always will be💕
This got me thinking how she felt she must of felt terrible and scared about what happened to her like to remember her for the happiest she gave us all before she said goodbye
My mare suddenly sparkle ran in place before being put to sleep last year she passed the day after independence day and so did Echo Zulu break her cast like ruffian so maybe it's pedigree My mare did have bold ruler in her bloodlines like ruffian.. was the granddaughter of bold ruler and Secretariat was the triple crown winner son

This is why ground work is SO important. Build trust and teamwork BEFORE you mount, and trigger anxiety.
It was because of the bit and also a horse can rear at anything by spooking or just being scared ground work won’t always fix everything her ground work is perfect so not tell anyone what to do with their horse if udon know the story pls thank you

A horse can throw off people for many reasons pain, it being scared of something, have a rough day, being energetic, or half the time it’s refusing a jump

Once (on my first week of riding) a horse stepped on my foot and broke 3 of my toes.
Leave them poor horses alone, we have cars now.
