Man the NBA was special in 2014. Idk what it was but it just felt so fun. It's still fun now but just something about back then....
you could play more defense back then. led to better highlights cuz everyone wasnt just chucking up a 3 or it just being a foul everytime they put the ball down but theres a lot of whistle blowing nowadays. i cant even watch a full game cuz i get so mad with all the bs calls

Mid 2010’s was a sweet spot for the league. Offensive talent was on the rise and allowed to blossom compared to the prior decade. Also, you saw more defensive strategy and schemes impacting games. To me, it was more well balanced back then. I’m not a coach but I imagine team perimeter defense needs to improve for the NBA to become less of a chuckfest, no disrespect to Charles. 😂

@joeholla27 Yeah, I heard that...too similar. But I would definitely take a beat Timbo made then, then the kind of beats he makes now. He's got a new protege named J-Roc and that combo ain't too great. I think Danja influenced Tim's production style a bit because his style changed in 2003 and thats when Danja came along.
I like both mixes but the instruments Danja used on the original make the song. This is a good layed back kind of song but I prefer the original. Timbo recycles too much. But I admit, this gives me an eargasm lol.
