why didnt he use quirks when fighting star light he acts like ereaser was there and how ocme when he was leaping from jet to jet why wasnt he decaying them to remove her footing. he sucks as a villian
First of all it's stars and stripes and second SaS used her quirk on him so that when he uses his quirk shigaraki's heart will stop, later on he realises that he is shigaraki no more due to merging with all for one and is able to use his quirks again.
