I'm also close to 1000lbs man! I weight 140lbs and i got 405lbs (184kg) on the deadlift, 315 (143kg) pounds on the squat and 205 (93kg) pounds on the bench That's a total of 925lbs (420kg) for now!! I wish you reach your goal!!
Hi there, really good lifts there. It's nice to see someone else working towards a 1000lbs total but I'm very intrigued by your workouts. With a squat of 165kg I feel you could lift much heavier for the rep ranges that you are doing. I had a look at your past videos and you're still squatting and overhead pressing the same weights as you did 6 months ago. Is there a reason why you're lifting significantly lighter weights compared to your 1 rep max? Looking forward to seeing the 1000lbs 💪🏻
@@DJFibuch Thank you for keeping an eye on me. Actually, I injured my back this summer, so I've temporarily given up on high-weight squat training and I'm currently recovering. I also injured my wrist a few weeks ago, so I'm being careful.

Keep your tension in the bottom of the squat. The bar should be under your lowest point to catch it if you fail. It will make you much stronger. Great work.

It's only 2 sets of 3 reps; unlike every other splits where you have more volume which causes more fatigue that needs those one-day break after every split. Pretty sure ShutUp_and_SQUAT's body will get used to one-two exercises and keep progressing everday.
