Welp. Took me 9 years, but I bought one. Basically everything is good about it except: 1) Unlike most brass instruments, the Fiscorn's intonation is actually as tragic as everyone says it is. 2) Double reverse main slide is super fiddly because the bracing isn't really solid enough for it. 3) If you don't like the stock mouthpiece, tough. It's 11.25mm shank. 11.5mm shank or Bach 381 adapter seems to work alright. Small shank without adapter bottoms out, and it's not euro shank, so don't bother. I didn't bother to test it with a lot of different sizes, but don't be surprised when your small shank bucket with adapter doesn't play well.
Julius Liu It's a Berkley wind guitarron & it costs about 700 dollars on sale it about 500 dollars. Why would this playable instrument cost alot of money?
Jorge Figueroa it belongs to the trombone family I don't get where they got slide trumpet from apart from the fact it has a trumpet mouthpiece but is has all of the features of a trombone making it a trombone not a trumpet
Big Semmo aside from the trumpet mouthpiece it is in the same key as trumpet with the same range and the same partials as trumpet and has the same tone as trumpet because it has the same size tubing and bell as a trumpet
