Yes you can however you have a connection between each floor so you would need to disconnect that one each time two in total with this particular light kit others may be different. 👍

Yes there are a lot of lights that stick on,so that would be a problem over time ​@@admsoo

Yeah it's always personal preference having had it a while there are definitely things I would change if I were designing where to place the lights 👍

@@TheInboxlegocollector yeah, for me, a lightkit should light up only the parts of the set that would emit light, such as lava, fire, interiors, etc. Placing lights where they have no use, is just a bad design imo.

Yes thank you, I have had the replacement come today actually, So I am going to replace it this evening. It was definitely short compared to this one so I do a quick follow up video of it completed once I have swapped it out 👍

May not be short. The instructions show the wrong first torch light, and I had to go back and rewire that part myself. Only the 4 most front facing torches get lights.

They have responded and are sending me out a new set to replace this section. so I can complete it👍 Once they do I complete it as instructed, and put another quick follow up video on the channel. Despite it not being finished it's definitely enhanced with lights rather than without however I agree, I think it needed more atmosphere for a Lego build like this one and being what it is. This was the first light set released but other brands may do something different and improve on aesthetics and overall ambience this tower needs and deserves. I normally wait and see what options are available. You know what they say, less is more, having had it a little while I think this needed less lights to give it the look it needed. Maybe even lights that flickered in and out.

Yeah this being my first year it was a big learning curve, I'd have gone for more during Lego insiders weekend had I have know how poor black Friday was going to be. 10 Whinnie the pooh sets wow that's impressive, I would hope to one day be able to do the same and get bigger amounts but of course I have to work my way up to that. Currently my only aim is to try to pick good sets at good prices and hopefully make a good profit when the time is right. I can reinvest more and just keep building on it really. The hope being it will eventually fund it's self. It would be nice to just keep growing fund my own collection and hopefully more. But small steps for me at the moment. Supermarkets where a wipe out😩 which did surprise me they never had anything considering leading up we had some great in store deals 👍

We have that here the UK too and in all honesty I've not tried them yet but I'm going to sign up as it's another option. I like to see what the best option is of course and then make my purchase so another one to look at is helpful 👍

I agree with you I think that's a spot on assessment 😎👍the guardians new ship is the weaker set because marvel in general hasn't been doing well unfortunately but I still think this one will do ok in retirement as Guardians of the galaxy is very popular and that Adam warlock fig is very cool

Yeah definitely 👍 We have a few Tesco where I am but it's always the big ones that have the Lego sets in it seems. I would say some of the best deals have been in supermarkets this year which has surprised me. They seem to get sets in for Christmas time as well but this was the first time I'd seen sets due to retire on offer 👍

I may still do so However, just not this week now I've been too busy with other things. But yeah great price considering there expired now, not to much more then when they where retail.

Absolutely I completely agree with you it's why the guardians movies stand out compared to the other marvel films being churned out and all are failing. It's a mess which sadly effects everything else in the long run.
