I'm pretty sure I have maintained three of these machines at michigan production machining. Broachers are pretty sweet man when they punch through. Anything with hydraulics, forcing something to scrape and cut under pressure and force is always awesome.

How to take out such a heavy broach?
Handling of the broach and is paramount as the cost of the tooling is generally closer to the cost of the machine. Hence a crane system is offed along with the machine to handle such heavy broaches.
I would guess that a broach like that costs about as much as a small to medium-sized house.
Yes, that is why the rigidity of the machine is of primary concern. This machine was built for a Tier 1 Supplier of TATA motors and till now it hasn't faced a single breakdown
