Self-Study Through Books: There are many books available, but it's best to use only Buddhist books. Some books are written by authors without a clear background in meditation, which can lead to misinformation. A misguided path can be detrimental to your spiritual and mental well-being. Learning from the original Buddhist sources is a better approach.
