Half size to a full size down, depending on how wide or narrow your foot is. So maybe a 5 in men's since you're a 6.5 in women's sneakers. I'm a 7.5 in women's and a 6 fits perfectly!

They are good comfort wise.The ripped sole area does provide friction more than yeezy slides. But these aren't as snuggly as yeezys and mine came a little bigger for their size.The right foot feels a little loose.
