I have the same laptop,l (RTX 3060 with a Ryzen 5 5800h, i think its the 2021 edition), but i only barely get 100 fps in game...do you know what the issue is?? If anyone could give me some advice on how to get more fps that would be great...

I have a question....did you turn off the Hybrid mode...I'm sure if you disable iGPU that is being used around 25% while playing, your CPU temperature will go down since your CPU won't be processing any graphics. Instead, your GPU will take 90%+ load. I can see that you are not using your GPU to the fullest.
