It is not profitable to cut thick material with a laser of such power; water cutting is used for these purposes.
@@JSound777 it is more faster cut speed and the 80Kw power consumption is not too much and the customer take 80Kw 120kw 200kw reach to best cut efficiency
none of these parts have been grinded before shown on the camera? ( parts taken out of the machine )
@@kvalsvik the back side have soft burrs sometimes and it is based on cut method, in this whole video part of bevel cut need remove this soft burrs, but for stainless steel is real cut ends

It is SS, the assist gas can be N2 and Air, Oxygen is for MS, and the 120KW is no issue cut steel up to 300mm.

cut quality is shit beyond the uppper 1/4th
for this thickness the client do not request high cut edge, they need high cut efficiency, it is air cutting processing, if they need good edge then will use Niteogen, by the way the stainless steel cutting with come with burrs, thanks.

Литую сталь труднее резать, важной причиной является процесс пиринга, и разный уровень стали имеет разное качество резки. Это нержавеющая сталь, для мощного лазера резка нержавеющей стали становится проще.

I'm looking for the best accuracy and i'd like to know whether the power of the machine has an effect on accuracy or the power only influences cutting speed? Also if you dont mind you can tell some tricks to gain maximum accuracy. I'm a total noob when it comes to laser cutting. I'd like the gear to have a hundredth mm accuracy...

For laser cutting, in some cut thickness power=everything, but up to 150mm steel cut oxyfuel cutter have their advantage,for stainless steel cut, the super high power laser is No.1 choice, that is why the power get higher and higher.
