@@Zoe-kr3qs Look at the title. If this company still exists, that's fine. If it isn't, there's no need to post this video to tell people to do the shopping. Generally speaking, the bank account of a limited company that is Tesco must be closed first before the company owner hands in the letter of company dissolution informing the UK companies house that the company must be permanantly disappeared in UK, unless it's registered as offshore companies like the Channel islands. Usually it takes 60 days for the company to clear all stuffs inside with an accountant in normal circumstances. I think you can ask the Wren Accountants for opinion. After 60 days, the company owner will receive a confirmation letter from the UK companies house that the company status is changed to dissolved in the UK government website. I think you'd better ask other people in UK if this company staff is lay off with a physical letter before the company ends its life. Or, if you think it's a documentary, there's a need to change the title, or it's against the fraud act in UK, because it seems encouraging people to do the shopping during the company dissolution. If the company is undergoing the dissolution process, the bank account is closed. So there mustn't be any Tesco stores opening in the public because there's no bank account for getting the cash in. If the company is in the dissolution process and its shops are still open for selling goods, those staff inside must be responsible for the sale, because the public can question the payment will go to which bank account, probably not the company bank account. If the website is still working, it's also a fraud, because people can do the online shoppping inside. If those Tesco distribution centers across the country are closed, I believe this company is coming to an end, because there're no groceries coming from their warehousesn to Tesco shops. You can ask other people in UK if there's such a case. I've enquired this issue to National Cyber Security Centre and even MI5 to see what they'll answer my question.
