You think you might bother learning how to pronounce things properly, I don't expect perfection but at least try. The hotels in this video are outrageously expensive, not necessarily the best by any means. It's dead easy for a hotel to be sustainable when they're charging you several hundred CHF a night. Annoying video, couldn't stand to watch it all.
