Yes you're right chibiusa is extremely spoiled the King himself admitted it. Neo Queen Serenity stopped spoiling her after a few centuries to help chibiusa mature but the others continued to give her everything she wants. Chibiusa is cute but she's 900 part of the reason she didn't age was because people kept treating her like a kid the other part was her inferiority complex combined with her inner power keeping her in a childlike state for many centuries.

Usagi and her have the same body type just different clothes. Black lady outfit clings to her body and overall more revealing also black lady in season 2 is physically her mother's physical age 22. Minako, Usagi and grown up Chibiusa all have the same body type, Minako being a little taller.

@@xlovleysunnyx5604 Chibiusa was picked on for four reasons: 1. She didn't have special powers 2. She didn't have the crescent moon symbol on her forehead like the Queen (Manga only crystal didn't include it) 3. She didn't age 4. Her mother don't shower her affection (Manga only crystal didn't include it) Humans age very slowly but even so they still do chibiusa on the other hand did not age a bit, which drew people specifically 'young' children's attention. They all know she's the Queen's daughter but because of those four reasons made people still pick on her. Neo Queen Serenity is a semi strict parent she used to shower chibiusa with attention for centuries but realize that wasn't going to help her mature so she stepped back and started lecturing her and not letting get everything she wants in hope that it will help, but chibiusa with the mind of a child took it as her mother didn't love her anymore. (Note: Chibiusa is constantly spoiled by everyone). She also thought the reason her mother stopped loving was because she didn't have powers to help her aka a burden. Contrary to what she thinks NQS still showed love and care towards her but doesn't kiss and hug her constantly. Chibiusa was confiding in Pluto with this which she replied say hugs and kisses isn't the only form of love but chibiusa still didn't get it. Chibiusa kept the real reasons of her sadness from everyone, she just cry saying the same thing "I'm nothing like my mother" which everyone reassures her and try to cheer her up but ultimately it didn't work. Children are just cruel when they're ready, I'm fairly certain it had a child that brought these things to everyone attention just to hurt chibiusa for whatever reason. Also the main reason that turn chibiusa to black lady was the need to feel wanted, jealousy did play a part but it wasn't the main one. She wanted people to solely need her which she got from Pluto. She explained that Pluto always looks lonely and a little sad until she shows up, she was happy knowing, form her knowledge, that Pluto only smiles for her then she caught Pluto being happy and smiling with her father which made her feel completely unwanted. She never imagined that Pluto would be happy without her, she wanted to be Pluto's only source of happiness (selfish I know but that's how she felt). Wiseman used this hence he said that he truly needs her not that on one loves her. (Manga/Crystal)

@@xlovleysunnyx5604 In an interview several years ago Naoko said Usagi became a semi strict parent after a few centuries while everyone else continue to spoil chibiusa (I don't think you can find it nowadays). It's mentioned in the Manga in passing that Neo Queen Serenity doesn't show her affection. Note: it's the bullies that said this NQS hardly ever leaves the Palace so people know little to nothing about her relationship with chibiusa. They just said that to make her feel bad. Chibiusa relationship with her mother is complicated. She loves her mother, she idolise her but lowkey jealous her, she feels intimidated by her mother 'perfection' and she doesn't want to disappoint her and most of all she doesn't want her mother to know of her insecurities. Chibiusa has an inferiority complex telling her mother of her true feelings is like admitting defeat. So she kept everything to herself hence the reason she never told anyone she was being bullied. Everyone in the Palace showers her with affection she didn't understand why her mother stopped doing the same. The taunting of the bullies didn't help and eventually she started to believe them thinking her mother doesn't love her, she then starts to made up her own reasons why that's so while she ignored and didn't realise the things her mother does that showed her love. In her child like mind kissing and hugging is the only form of love.
