This worked on my Furious Road Warrior. Fixed the rattle noise coming from the fender at lower speeds (10-12mph). Nice video and thanks for the tips. 10 cent rubber washers from Home Depot.

You liked them Wired bikes enough to buy more than one? How are you dealing with their customer service and getting to them to take care of shit without giving you trouble? I've already sent them a bunch of pictures of the damage that was caused in shipping or before I received the bike and the only this they responded to was the unresponsive PAS and throttle and haven't provided a solution yet.

Thanks for walking us threw the motor swap . As a general rule it's not a good idea to mix synthetic with lithium grease. If your hub dose get hot the grease stops doing it's thing when the two are mixed.

I got it! I was just too worried about breaking the plastic so I didn’t bend it enough and then there was a sneaky little curved piece on the top of the plastic keeping up from being pulled upwards.

I can’t figure out how to get the plastic panel off of the tailgate when the tailgate is closed. I need to get the plastic panel off so I can get the metal panel off. I have removed the top metal piece. Thanks for this video.

No dropper post, huh? Have you dropped the chain,yet? I need to get a wider seat and am thinking about getting a dropper post and adding a chain guard to the inside or adding a narrow wide chain ring with a guard on the outside to see if that helps with chain drops. Also thinking about adding a wider handle bar or possibly a wider and shorter handle bar. I've already dropped or laid the bike down on it's side three or four times already. How embarrassing.

What's the dimensions of the rear rack? Specially the top and sides where you'd install some hard shell panniers? I want to get some Apache Boxes from harbor freight but don't know which size to go with.

What are you using for directionals?

What do you have bungee corded to the inside of your wheel and what's that other stuff on the wheel and tire?

You shouldn't have to do this. What if you weren't mechanically inclined? I'd keep that motor core in case it was something else inside of the motor core like a sensor and not the motor core itself.
