cops are meant to catch criminals and to arrest drunk drivers and house thief's not harass innocent people, cops making up fake laws that we don't know about, if I had a wish, I would wish for all the public to know all the laws so cops will end up have a hard time, LOL
Something doesn't add up here. How can you determine a window tint is too dark at night time? This cop obviously has an ulterior motive for pulling this guy over. It sounds like they are just fishing.
