The Christmas season is such an extended period of time now. In America, it starts right after Halloween and goes through January 1. That’s a long time to be festive.

My husband uses a standing desk, his work graciously bought it for him. He has had two back surgeries. He uses it all the time. We even have a smaller version for home. I would definitely consider it.❤

I thought about it and later I found a keyboard riser for only $20. It works out perfectly for me. I can sit or stand and it wasn’t much of an investment of money or space. It’s actually portable-so super easy to transport WITH my computer when I travel.

Keep up the hard work with your weight loss. I have faith in you. It isn't an ez path. I'm on the same path. I want to do some long-distance hiking. I'm getting thier but thies last 2 months been touhgh. The winter blues and burn out is getting to me. I used to do a hour of exercise a day and eat 80% healthy. But lately I'm lucky if I get an hour a week in and my eating is just sad. So lets keep each other accountable. I was prediabetic had hight blood pressure was in constant joint and back pain. I'm starting to get the joint pain back. And alot of it was what I ate. I don't want to get back thier. But if I don't kick my own butt I will. So lets not let ourselves down.❤

I lost my uncle a couple weeks back then. He was mowing his lawn and tripedon a curb and hit his head and was gone that night. And my brother had a heart attack and was just gone. This won the reasons I wanted to make my channel was to make memories me and my dad and my family and friends so when I am gone and my dad is gone I still have those memories on film.

That’s a great book! I really enjoyed it and it made me think about all the shouldas in my own life. People say they have no regrets but I’m pretty sure that everyone has some regrets.

Yes. We shouldn’t wait to live our lives. My father died at age 51 and a lot of people on that side of my family die in their 50s. I know that tomorrow is not promised and agree we need to live every moment like it’s our last. ❤ Thank you, Jase. I’m so sorry for all the loss you’ve experienced. It’s a stark reminder to all of us to not take any moments for granted. ❤❤

These are such great tips, Jase! I wear slides all year around. Can’t wear flip flops cuz they hurt the space between my toes. Slides are pretty much the same thing though.

A Hostel sounds like a lot of fun! Do you provide your own linens or is it like an AirBNB with roommates? I’m intrigued.

Loved this… all of this.. backpacker hosels are the best. Every time I walk in I think, ‘am I going to be the oldest’ haha the same as you, and we are definitely not the oldest, hey ? Talk about flip flops.. I broke mine once in Vietnam and I struggled to find another pair, as I have big feet. I ended up finding a men’s pair, phew. We could get on a live and chat back and forth about this topic all day..

Great Video. Please do one on the people you meet at hostels. 28 years ago I stayed at a hostel in Mexico City. One of the people I met there I'm still close friends with. Another one lives in Japan, who I hope to visit one day soon.
