Nope, keeping it untangled each day less loss.
I'm sure mum is prepping hair for a low manipulation protective style so detangling each day would not be practical. Mum's routine is obviously working!!
If hair is combed more often, there’s no need for so much detangling. I wish people would realize this. If you have a protective style up , moisturize roots and chaff. Less hair loss. 🎉❤
no actually ...coily hair's nature is to coil up on itself and tangle, so your gonna always be detangling...therefore the less manipulation, the less work that causes stress and likelihood to retain length from less breakage
