Many aspects of this house are very nice, but they did a terrible job on the living spaces. It’s like it was built for two people instead of a family. The family room is too small and too many access points, the kitchen can’t even fit a kitchen table (people spend most their time in kitchen/family room), with the extravagant outside design, inside just looks like any regular drywall house, aside from some nice wood beams in the ceiling and some nice theming in some of the rooms. Movie theater is way too small, no front porch, back porch is too short, etc. Who tf built this?

Very nice layout, but that unit needs an elevator.

Glorious light in most spaces. How can't you love that. You might agree with me when I think that the place could have had use so much less heavy decoration. Nevertheless is a very attractive work, very possitive vibe.

It's the architect who gets big points! Love that private courtyard. Don't understand the white kitchen trend. So cold and boring. No earthy colors or textures. A complete contradiction to that welcoming courtyard. Yuck.

Yuck. Cold and sterile. Literally no sign of life on the inside. NO THANKS! Glass on outside entrance doors is a big no-no.

How much did this go for? And you're telling me it's $30,000 to park a car! I love Chicago, but when I move there, I will not have a car....that's crazy to pay that amount to park your car. That's one thing and probably the only thing Detroit has over Chicago. You can't find a place that will charge you to park your car. Correction, downtown they do have a lot that charges you, but once you're outside that area, there are no charges. And when I do move there, I'll probably move to a suburbs and have a garage or whatever. But I've got this question. Who pays $30,000 to $40,000 fo a parking spot?

This was nice, a little fast on the video. I saw two bedrooms with on suite bathrooms, I didn't see the third bedroom and if there is one, where would that person shower?
