I have a VCR myself and I can say that even tho this looks realistic, you can still tell it's not from a real VHS tape.

1. convert the vhs white noise to mp3, grey is also valid. 2. record the noise using screen record 3.import video using the overlay. click on overlay and select splice 4. set the overlay to burn 5.if the footage ends too dark, select overlay and edit brightness, color, saturation hope this helps instead of going back to youtube for instructions :)

Also to make it realistic use a 50 fps video (pal) or a 60 fps video (ntsc). To look even more realistic interlace the video
"put credits" you didn't make capcut effects, it's free ☠ Nobody is going to credit you. Filters are not "property" Filters are property of the app holder. What a loss.

Tv pixels (if you have the option) Vhs effects 0:44 1. Look up vhs white (or grey) noise on yt 0:53 2. Record white noise 0:56 3. Import to capcut using overlay 1:00 4. Click overlay and splice 1:03 5. Set to burn 1:06 6. Mess with brightness, contrast, and saturation
