Its tiny, with no where to place a TV, the windows rattle and the room is dark even during the day with the blinds open. the lights are placed on the wall. The roof is cool and the aircon is new, something we had to beg to be replaced for about 18 months. The mould we had under the carpet (5 years of complaining) got into the wooden boards. We replaced the flooring about 18 month before we moved out, the wooden boards had thick black mould throughout them. The back room is just as bad. The best thing is the backyard, but if you have kids, be careful of them bringing over bricks straight out of the mortar-less brick walls. You won't be able to spend much time out there however, not with the bat shit crazy bitch next door who half the street has had to take a PSIO out on at some stage. the dog barks day and night, you’ll get blamed for that. These sovereign citizens think they're above the law and the council & police will never help you out. If you're buying it as a rental, expect 1000s of phone calls & emails from her. The front is falling apart, so be careful where you step at the open house. The kicker is the under quoting, the LL wants a reserve of $420,000. But hey, its not like a Real Estate Agent to piss on our back and tell you its raining, now is it."
