It's an underground car park meaning the level numbers should have a minus sign proceeding the number. That means level 1 should be level -1, level 2 should be -2, and so on.

I was at westhampnett dump when this car was on the track, it sounded like it was next to us even though it was a mile or so away.... i love the festival of speed but the ppl visiting for it are terrible drivers on the road ironically.
