Govt should clarify that no particular caste will be debarred from the reservation. Any particular Caste will not be Counted in Creamy Layer but only the individual cases in that particular caste will be considered in Creamy Layer. For example in my caste in my village only 10% families of my caste are in Creamy Layer balance 90% are not whereas in other two castes no body falls in Creamy Layer. So only individual cases should be considered in Creamy Layer but not complete caste... Supreme Court should have covered this concept in its judgement. Secondly most important , the SC/ST candidate will not be rejected under the excuse of Not Found Suitable category.......... for which the Govt is planning in advance for future. Thirdly efforts should be made by the Govt to improve the status of education in all Govt Schools...... Concerned Distt Administrator should be taken to task..... if Schools do not meet the desired level. Needless to mention When the Education will not be available to the SCST category, Suitably candidate will not be available.
