Life with Jack and Nicole
США
Добавлен 14 май 2018
Is there life after loss? What about love after loss? Do you want to visit cool and unique places around the country? How about learning to cook a new dish? Hard to believe, but all this can be found here on this channel. Originally the channel was known as Traveling with Jack and Pam. Jack and Pam were married for over 30 years and traveled to all the lower 48 states while also living in over 2 dozen cities. At a fairly young age, Pam was called to the ultimate destination...heaven in 2019. However, Jack continued moving forward and almost 5 years later was blessed to find love for the second time in life to the lovely Nicole. While they are both from vastly different cultures and on the surface may seem an unlikely match, love knows no boundaries and they will share with you their travels, cooking as well as some tips on how they manage friendship, love and even marriage.

Esther 4:14 is one of my favorite verses: For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS.

This is all about population control and reduction the hospitals I was in where also empty I had this virus because I had the shits soreness in the throat dehydration loss of appetite probably loss some of my smell and dropped 20 pounds for 2 1/2 months I think the real deaths where coming from nursing homes because the world don’t care about old Cadillacs collecting free money food and care it puts them out of business and puts 54 percent of small businesses out of business and warred on me and the working class
I think you really should join a solo travel group. They have groups of solo people that love to travel and they go to Italy or France etc
Jack I lost my wife last Sunday on August 11th we were married for 50 years on August 10th she had kidney cancer that spread to her liver and lungs. I have been watching your videos on Utube, it does help me a great deal. I have been crying every day and don’t want to do anything at all. I really don’t want to live without her. Can you help me, we met in 1968 and she has been with me ever since. Thank you
Hello. I am not Jack, but I see this was posted today. I hear your cries. I am so sorry that your wife has passed. Half of you left with her. My husband died December 2021. Losing our spouse is something we cannot prepare for. What I have learned is that there is no "fix" to our grief. At this time, you need to eat and rest. If you have a relationship with Christ, reach out. If you do not, now is the time to start one. Scripture says "blessed are those who mourn.". I thought peace would come quickly, it does not. After all those years together, your mind and spirit are in shock. Take one step forward at a time. One thing to impress yourself with is that not wanting to be alive without your love is not the same as contemplating suicide. If you do contemplate suicide, reach out to someone, anyone. She IS with you, recall her arms around you....and cry.
Praying for you my friend. Be careful with yourself..eat, sleep and don't listen to sad music. Get out of the house and stay with family or a friend, you need company right now. So sorry that this happened 😢
As far as cottonwood groceries. If you don't have a problem spending $13 plus tax for a pint of ice cream it's your place to go to.
@@Julio-zl7yk indeed, it was expensive and is now just another empty store front which is always a bit sad. They went out of business a few weeks ago.
Don't let that person get to you. You helped me, to see a man who truly loved his wife and had a good marriage and misses her still. Thank you for letting me see that in you. It is comforting. Pam was a lucky girl.
Have fun on your trip! We’re driving from Huntsville to NC next month to visit family for a week, it’s very pretty there as well 😊. We are not far from Chattanooga either, so we will visit there soon too!
Jack I lost my wife of 50 years on Sunday I have been watching you on utube and it has been helping a bit. I could cry at any time during the day or night. We knew each other since 1967 . I would pray that the Lord would take me away first but it didn’t work out that way. Am very sorry for your loss and everyone who has lost their loved ones.
Will be passing through for the first time next month. Thanks for the informative video.
Well said. Thank you.

Was looking for videos on Tennessee. Sorry to hear your wife isn't with us anymore, but your bright cheerful outlook is a joy to behold for all. Wishing you all the best, from the UK.
Thank u ❤, I hope to enjoy life - it's been 2 months for me
I appreciate your videos. The loss of your wife and the emotions that are expressed are so similar to what I’m feeling. My wife died in June and like you said in one of your videos, you’re not crying as much now but the feelings run deep. Knowing that you are coping gives me solace. Thank you
we dont want more people from down there up there
I don’t want to marry again. I don’t want to go through another grieving experience.
The clams are back !
It is a great place to live and very beautiful place as long as the AC is working.
beautiful place but absolutly no industry. no work at all. moved to huntsville
I am a new grieving wife and not thinking about anyone but my darling husband....I miss him. But happy for two! Life moves on after after grieving in done. Many songs about grieving
Just lost my husband in 2024, and I miss him dearly. I joined grief share and many have lost their loved one 3, 4, 5 years ago. I went to Hospice Grief and it's 79 year old's who have been going for 5 years. I feel I don't fit in because my grief is new. I don't want to go to clubs or date I just want share my grief. I will share my grief on RUclips and my family who wants to listen.
It's hard to lose a loved one, especially our spouse, who slowly was dying and becoming their caretaker. 2 weeks before my husband died, we were talking about going to Hawaii, and I knew it was just a dream, but fun to talk about.
I hope it doesn't take me 5 years to carry on with my life. I loved my husband for 30 years. Hopefully, I will become a strong woman and love again. I have a hard time meeting people. I was my husband's caretaker for 6 years. I loved him so much and miss him!
I’m originally from Miami. I’ve been enjoying small town life in North Georgia since 1989. You couldn’t pay me enough to live in a big city again.
What airport did you fly out? The description says over Memphis but I know you have the Shoals Airport there in the Florence area. I hope you both continue to be blessed.
@@gtc3650 flew out of Charles Baker near downtown Memphis.
Humility in everything. Sorry you went through it but glad you were blessed.
This preacher did a great job, God bless you all. I lived in Florence for years, wonderful community.
I'm glad you enjoyed Utah. Beautiful state.
This is such a nice video. Thanks for sharing!😊
Thanks for posting this video.
Thank you❤
Thank you ❤
You taught me this as well. I also enjoyed the bit about mosquitoes being the “state bird” of the south east. 😂
We lost Cortana mall in Baton Rouge, LA and we got an Amazon cube instead
They’re demolishing an old mall in Decatur, GA. The developer is building condos in its place.
Thank you we both learned something today 😂😂❤
I would probably assume fleas rather than mosquitoes.
Yeah, I learned that that scumbag Bill Gates, released billions upon millions of mosquitoes. All across the Southeast and some people say it's a vaccine test. Let's hope Not.
Yes, our News and government would never lie to us about that...¿ would they? Check the record.
My family is from there. My grandfather, John Lark Robison, was a Kemper County Commissioner and had a hand in establishing East Mississippi Junior College, as it was originally called. My mother taught English, French and once Spanish there. My father had a Black Angus bull that got out and gone for 2 weeks before it was discovered grazing on the football field. Coach Sullivan's elder daughter, Bobbi, was my age. We were great friends in grammar school. Thanks for making this.
Thank you Nicole 🌿 You are so courageous.
Nicole, How do you do your head scarves ? Thanks bunch 🌿
Thumbs up! love Nicole's laugh! very refreshing!!
lol. Downtown Lynchburg is beautiful? lol. Yeah the tallest building downtown looks like crap Windows faded pain peeling etc. do you know WHY houses are so cheap. ?lol NO ONE wants to live there!!!!! Supply /demand buddy. And Falwell u us another reading to STAY AWAY
“Living “ in Lynchburg ? lol. More like “living “ in one of the most undiverse bigoted , closed minded lethargic , behind the times place on earth!!!!
Saw 'Fistfull of Dollars' starring Clint Eastwood in 1964 in downtown Pismo inside the movie theater which is now a billiard hall. It's also when I grew my addiction to Hot Licks hot cinnamon lollipops WITHOUT insects. That was much later. There was a WWII era wood floor roller skating rink and a micro amusement park with a mini roller coaster located where the beach parking lot sits. Summer and Fall meant upwellings, phytoplankton blooms, and massive bait fish balls that stretched for miles. Tens of thousands of shorebirds, seals, dolphins and whales would gorge themselves. Schools of Jack Smelt would forage next to the pier, and fishermen landed 100+ Jack Smelts per minute. There's so much more, but I'll stop here.
Amazing
Would a king size bed fit in this trailer?
Unfortunately no, queen size is the largest mattress and box spring it will accommodate.
@@lifewithjackandnicole cool cool. Thank you!
Jack, it’s as if I’m hearing my own voice as I’m listening to you in this video. My wife of 49+ years of marriage recently passed away. I knew that that moment was coming for almost seven years. I thought that after shedding all the tears throughout the years that I cared for her that I would be strong when she breathed her last breath. I was so overcome with grief that I could barely say my last name to the hospice contact when I called them to inform them of her death. The intensity of the grief I couldn’t have imagined. 10:22 Although I can feel that I am coping better almost every day, I know that my loss and grief will be with me the rest of my life, totally heartbroken. I too am “normal” as my thoughts and prayers are to be at her side again one day. I attended church today and am vigorously reading the Bible as well as praying. Reading keeps me focused on the Word, thus corralling my thoughts. Thank you for your video, it really helps knowing I’m normal
I am so very sorry for the loss of your lovely bride. It is truly one of, if not the most difficult things a person will ever go thru. The early days, weeks, months and first year are very, very difficult. There is no magic formula but I can say, don't let anyone tell you how or for how to grieve. This is your own unique experience and is a new journey that will be filled with many challenges. However, I can say that it slowly improves. We never, ever forget the one we loved and lost but we do learn to put one foot in front of the other. Take care.
Ticking time bomb.
Jack this is very helpful information thanks for sharing your experience ❤
I'm glad you found this helpful. Thank you.
