Hi Scott. Long time no see. Nice to hear you're doing good and doing erp. Is this your first time doing erp with therapist? Its true ocd always have good and bad times. Its the same with me. The good news is it'll kept improving with practices. What videos, article or books you do find helpful so far?

@@crystalgaylemyi7480 It was nice to see your note, part of my OCD is to isolate myself, I really don't have any friends, so it's nice to have someone to talk to even if it is just on a computer. Dr. Jonathan Grayson has a good book and some interesting videos on youtube about OCD. I need to finish the book, I liked most of what I read. I hope all is going well for you. I know OCD can be very exhausting. Sometimes people without OCD don't understand what we go through.

I do see trails that animals make but I think they hear me coming and go into hiding until I pass. I need to sit and be quiet and see what appears someday. I have also thought about setting up my trail camera sometime. Thank you for watching.

I did it was in the talons of an osprey. There are people who fish here, but it seems Turlock lake a few miles away is more popular with fishermen. Thanks for watching!

Thanks for taking a look! It's a nice place Monterey Bay it really covers a large area. It's a good drive to get there for me, but always worth it.

It was fun to take a look, but think of the time and money it takes to keep them running and looking like they do. Not really for me. Some of the cars and trucks were over 60 years old.

On a weekday there are a few people here and there but on a weekend it is a very good place to meet a lot of other hikers.

This is an old gold rush town from the mid 1800s when gold was discovered in California. Before that California was part of Mexico. Most of the buildings are now shops . It's a fun place to look around.

I think people pay to go into the back country for a few days. Then they don't have to pack anything themselves. But I would hate to be one of those animals with all of that stuff on my back. It's also 6300 ft so the air is thin.

We had a great May for weather, but Saturday is forecasted at 35°C and Sunday 36°C. It's strange to think that we may not have any measureable rain here in the middle of California until mid September or even October.
