Yeah that was one of the reasons I created this video - they were trying to troubleshoot it with me. So instead of trying to explain over the phone, I made a public video for them to view. Got a replacement soon afterwards too..

Yeah that's why I made this video, to get a replacement. I too had a sonicare from like a decade ago, and it still works! Never had any issue with it, I just didn't like the junk that would build up inside it. My dentist recommended burst so I gave it a try. Pretty sure she was getting a kickback for selling these brushes

Yes they do honor lifetime warranty if you have a subscription I just got a brand new one very easy and great customer service

Yeah I noticed mine (the replacement) had recently started doing the same thing. Did not know the trick about putting it on the charger though. Considering they offer lifetime warranties on products that obviously are not going to last a life time, I imagine their bread and butter are the new tips they send you every few months. Don't remember exactly how much they charge, maybe $10 or something. So that's like a $40 annual subscription they are getting from us. I don't think they necessarily care about the longevity of their brushes as much as selling us new brush heads four times per year, automatically. I guess it's a good thing, I'm not a dentist but tats what I have always heard.

well like the saying goes - you get what you pay for. At least the warranty covers the crappy product design. I probably will eventually return to my Sonicare if this happens again. The one I previously had is over a decade old, and it still works! Like I said, you get what you pay for.

Mine started having issues about six or seven months after purchasing it. If you have a warranty on your brush just send a video of it malfunctioning to hello@burstoralcare.com. I made this video just for this reason.

Ha sorry for the delayed response; I don't read comments often. Thanks for the correction. I'm glad that I decided to attend this concert because I don't see Tool going on tour anytime soon if at all, with the ongoing pandemic and Maynard contacting Covid-19 not once but twice, and suffering upper respiratory damage as a result.

Amazing band with extremely talented musicians that flow together perfectly. I sincerely hope Maynard fully recovers from both of his encounters with Covid.
