Ma Ho-ling(Ma ying jeou's father) becomes president of the ROC By 1989, mongolia fully surrenders to ROC, nationalist government sends aids to Mongolia to rebuild Mongolia province of ROC. 1990 USSR collapse, ROC annexes Tuva republic, manchuria(former parts of qing dynasty that was annexed by russian empire). 2005: Ma ying jeou becomes president.
