Frollo is a "judge" in Disney canon because somehow _Hunchback_ came out during Disney's "not talking about religion" phase. In the original book by Victor Hugo, Frollo is an archdeacon (a high-ranking ordained administrator in the Catholic Church), hence why he has access to random parts of a major cathedral.

KH1 had very different level design from the rest of the series. There were a ton of little in-world puzzles around every world: Traverse Town (the 1st district candles, hotel clock, gizmo shop, fire door, 3rd district balcony chest), Wonderland (flowers, bizarre room, tea party chairs), Deep Jungle (recipe, experiment), Olympus Coliseum (braziers), Agrabah (secret chamber, treasure room), Atlantica (clam shells, treasure chest by the grotto), Halloween Town (Jack's doorbell), Hollow Bastion (waterworks, library lift stop, great crest lift stop, talking to Aerith three times for no apparent reason to get Curaga). There's nothing like that in later games.

It occurs to me that the difficulty and drop rate cheats in this game are very similar to the difficulty and level selectors in The World Ends with You, which had come out the previous year. In both cases, you can trade enemy difficulty for better drops and player HP for drop rate.

Terra and Aqua were pretty close, but then all saves corrupted for some reason 😢 I also had one time when I almost perfected a boss fight in Tales of Symphonia, even getting a 100-hit combo in-game achievement (known as a 'Title') without even trying. Right before saving, my power went out. Didn't lose the save, but lost my win AND my Title 😭
