I have key signal on dash. Key was stolen. So I had it towed home. Once home. The alarm was going off. So I called 2 locksmiths out to make a key for the car. Neither could get a key because the car wouldn’t let them complete the key making. I went to BMW got a key made. Came home and that key won’t start it either. Any ideas? Please help. Its a 528i 2008

I use liquid tape on my S80 Volvo that had the same issue 2 years ago and it's still holding strong. Great product for this problem

had a coobalrt for a few months but i never remembered chanign the oil . had 159k on it.

Were you able to do that without releasing the refrigerant? I had a guy do mine and he had to split the ac pump open or do something that caused all the refrigerant to leak out. The second time I had to have it done, even the shop did it that way.

I seem to remember the Camrys of this era having oil burning (2AZ-FE) and dash melting issues, but were otherwise quite reliable. Had a 2008 Scion tC for a short period of time and it burned some oil but ran great. My 2007 Accord currently has ~657,600 miles and still going. Burns a quart every 1k miles or so, and getting quite rusty, but it won't die.

That yellow clip is suppose to push in then you pull the connector off, not slide out. It looks like you broke it.
