There are many focus apps but I love some focus apps like study bunny and focus plant and with that I also recommend "prosper" to plan you day it has really helped me to overcome my phone addiction. Hope it helps
I have so many pentels that my kids n hubby stills them from me.I keep going back to the stores or Amazon to buy for pentel pens and refills.
How long ink last please reply i bought it and it get shipped but I'm not sure if they will last long for my daily use and you know it's expensive then any other highlighters
i dont use them that often so i can't give you a real answer but they seem to last a long time!

it is advertised as bleed proof but from my experience it smudges ink but doesn't bleed.

Yessir
yes but writing with the notebook folded back is kind of weird and slanted. The company (kokuyo) doesn't recommend writing like that.
Do these refills fit in the gold pen?
Since they are the same pen, yes the refills do fit the gold version.
