Hi, I am having some fluid in my knee, the same as shown in the video. I can do all activities, but afterward, I feel uncomfortable. What can I do for this issue? I had a meniscus repair back in 2022.
@@baqi1429 While I can’t give you medical advice specifically, generally I can say that healing takes time! If you’re still having this level of fluid in the knee I would check in with your orthopedic surgeon. In addition, staying strong around the knee is always a great idea! If you’re ever in Arizona, consider dropping by for an evaluation.

So I'm overweight Just lost 30lbs and am 37. Also just got diagnosed with bad for my age deteriorative arthritis. Apparently looks like potholes I was told. I started at the gym and swimming classes but any other advice?!
Great work! I can’t give specific advice over the internet but you’re on the right track. Have you ever visited with a physician who specializes in regenerative medicine like PRP and stem cells?

As one gets older the body only seems to have the energy to play your favorite sport like Pickleball then take 3 days to recover. Taking time for "conditioning" instead of playing would take the 3 days to recover also. I play Pickleball at the 3.5-4 senior level. Yes I limp around 3 days with my back hurting. 5000 steps and my pickleball day is done. Guess I need to take up swimming.
Hmmm, it sounds like you could be overdoing it with your conditioning at least. Aim for lighter effort or less volume in the gym to see if it will help. Pickleball is a different beast where you have to get the right mechanics of squatting, lunging, and hip hinging. Have you received an evaluation by a physical therapist to find the right program?
