I always get cravings for ground beef but i bought ground turkey instead trying to change the foods I eat but the ground turkey is so nasty i made sloppy joes with it and i couldn't eat them.
I need to stop eating chocolate that's my main struggle my whole life. I am now 51 and i am over 200lbs. I have been trying to figure out some food changes to lose weight because as i get older it is taking a toll on my back and knees. I wasnt raised to eat healthy and now im paying for it. I have to figure something out im so tired of being overweight.

Yes and rodents run on top of groceries at night wnen the stores are closed too. I found a partially eaten ramen pack and a bread with bite marks at the store and it had to be mice.
