A lot of young people are finding out that while living in Houston proper is cheaper than other major cities that it still can get pricey. I used to love living in the loop, but rent and housing prices in Houston have gotten outrageous. Suburbs are a much better look.

I've had your video playing then I went outside to just soak up the sun and help clear my mind because i know my family is in a huge transition. I've been going back and worth about whether or not I want to start back working full time as a nurse or not and my husband & I are really ready to leave our hometown (Saint Louis,MO) and were contemplating moving to Houston. As soon as I came back in to your video you said, you had so many choices on where to move and had to go into a deep meditation to make a decision. That was the confirmation that I needed to hear. I’m a mature black lady from NYC, watched several videos of Ohio ,( Looking to relocate) Visited once with a truck driver friend of mine. Everyone saying that the people are nice ( to whom ) we have a different experience that seems to be overlooked.. However my brief visit was very pleasant, hospitable, good experience. But living in a place with no sun and no black culture is a hard pass.. Now looking at ??? Any suggestions…
