Shaykh ʿAbdul Bāsiṭ Fahīm got his early education from al-Jāmīʿah al-Salafīyyah Islamabad. Then he moved to Saudi Arabia for higher studies and was enrolled in the prestigious "Islamic University of Madina" wherefrom he passed his secondary, Bachelor, Master and then PhD.
Shaykh ʿAbdul Bāsiṭ Fahim's Masters thesis "al-Qawāʾid al-Tafsīrīyyah ʿind al-Imām Ibn Qayyim al- Jawzīyyah" was written under the supervision of Shaykh ʿAlī bin Ghāzī al-Tuwayjarī, in three volumes. The Islamic University of al-Madinah published this thesis and awarded it with the title, “Thesis of The Year in Madinah University".
His PhD thesis was based on "Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Tayymīyyah's interpretation of the Qur'an in its literal (apparent) meaning and Taʾwīl".
He remained a mudarris (teacher) in al-Masjid al-Nabawī for over a decade and gave thousands of religious lectures in Urdu - wa lillāhil ḥamd wa al-minnah.

Assalamualaikum I'm from Pakistan and I'm new in learning about Islam and about Tawheed i have watched ur 3 parts of Kitab e Tawheed Alhumdulillah can u prefer which book should i read more with that?
Wa alaykum assalaam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh. May Allah keep you steadfast on the straight path. Aameen. You should start with smaller books like usool thalaatha and qawaid al arba then later on kitab at tawheed. Because it is a detailed book. And ulema also recommend studying concise books first.
Also usool thalaatha has basics of the deen. Like 5 pillars of islam and imaan. Questions of the grave etc. So as a beginner you should do that first. There are plenty of lessons avaible on youtube explaining usool thalaatha.

Excellent video and much needed clarity as we live in Pakistan deobandis and beralvis are common here. Please ask the sheikh to produce a whole video of the wrong things in these two movements so that we can stay clear of them

Walequmsalam wrwb Bai'at means an Islamic practice of declaring on oath, one's allegiance to a particular leader. Ijtihad means According to him Or His Efforts Or As per his Calculation
جزاک اللہ شیخ۔ اس کی بہت ضرورت ہے۔ پادری کا بیان تھا کہ اہلِ حدیث والوں نے کہا کہ آپ اپنی عبادت ہماری مسجد میں کر لیں جب تک آپ کے چرچ کا راستہ کلیر نہیں ہوتا۔
