Exploding toilets on recall? Day in the life of a plumber
Просмотров 182 месяца назад
Who knew exploding toilets was a thing , so a pressure assist toilet uses a combination of water and compressed air to create a powerful flush when you flush the pressurized air forces water into the bowl at high speed, effectively clearing waste and preventing less clogs ,it just so happens that this pressure assist model I had some issues and recalls and supposedly some people got hurt by the...

I'm all for women in the trades. With that said. Women usually get pipe played down in them. They're not usually the ones to lay the pipe.

Our housing is going to be a disaster in 15 years. Builders, diy’ers are all using pex piping which has a warranty of 20yrs, or should I say life expectancy of 20yrs. And when it fails and it will fail, it will destroy the home with water and cost the home owner 10s of thousands to repair. And I bet insurance companies will exclude pex from the coverages. Dont buy homes with pex piping

Great job, pretty lady. However, wait until you have to replace that crappy posi temp cartridge in 5 to 10 years. They are terrible and notorious for breaking in half when you try to remove the old one, leaving half still in the valve. Hope you don't have that issue when the time comes. Great video though. Good luck

Canada plumbing is definitely different in some ways. Also, just a friendly hint or hack...you can use a small adjustable wrench to remove sharkbite caps and won't have to try and catch them, have them go crooked, or possibly get damaged from hitting them. Also, you will be ok if you do those tasks without a respirator on. Well, at least in America. We use lead free stuff for basic residential plumbing

So, the fill valve is on the right side in Canada? That is different than down in the states. They are all on the left here. Also, I am curious why you chose to solder a valve on instead of using a compression valve? I am asking out is sheer curiosity, as I like learning new things
