Dude! Best experience is listening to this Concept album from start to finish! IT IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!

Pau wrote most of the lyrics to the album when she was 15 or so, expect teenage angst. It follows a young girl from first love, rejection, madness to murder and death. It is absolutely brilliant, especially if you just sit down and listen to the album from beginning to end. Not necessarily a reaction possibility, but you would enjoy the experience. Or you could react to the songs in order one at a time (all tracks are available on RUclips).

Pau does sing lead in several performances. Check out Dust to Dust or 23 from Teatro Metropolitan. Her voice is beautiful. Or, if you want Pau singing solo on piano, Breathe from Pepsi Center. Its a fan video, and Pau breaks down due to the song and the audience reaction, so the live version was never posted on their channel. Band-Maid does everything right: song writing, lyrics, performance, showmanship, singing. But they set stretch goals for themselves and every time you see them perform, they're just that little bit better than the last time. This band never stops evolving.

Saiki has some nice little growls here, she was PUMPED for this show. Akane's flutter kicks are off the charts, as usual. Why does no one give Akane her due as moderator during "the duel"? Her note placement is absolute perfection. I LOVE how Kanami has that little twinkle in her eye and smile as she watches Saiki sing to the crowd, it's so kawaii. These girls are just soooo good.

Great reaction Johnny! Kanami doesn't play guitar so much as she plays the amp. Misa as well. Great arena rock acts have to understand that end of the instrument and how to resonate in the venue, and Band-Maid is top tier in this way. I am dying to see them in a large venue, and hoping they can pull that off someday in the USA.

The sandals are because they came in from a family BBQ in the backyard to perform this. There is a video out there in RUclips-land of them at the RUclips offices a couple of years ago reacting to this very performance (their "viral" hit). It's a great watch and we learned a lot about it from that reaction. For instance, during Dany's solo, Ale and Pau said they were nervous because if Dany screwed it up, they had to start all over from the start. 😂

re: 2014 *Enter Sandman* cover : for a trio, much less a young trio, this is fantastic! slightly different but a full wall of sound filled with raw power and grit... the child's prayer with Pau (drums) and Ale (bass) is beautiful and takes me back to my own youth and bedtimes with one of my parents coaching me along... the power of Pau on the drums, Ale's driving bass line, and Dany rocking out on guitar with her James Hetfield scowl are... whoa! then you think who needs two guitars when you have one Dany? 😹 also, i'll note that the wall behind the camera is a full mirror so all the girls can see themselves playing... this was done so they could work on their stage presence... the wall on Ale's (bass) side also has a window into the equipment side of their studio known as "The Warning Cave" or "The Cave" for short... they were 14 (Dany on guitar), 12 (Pau on drums), and 9 (Ale on bass) when this was recorded... yes! i mean 🤯 TWA ⚡🤘😸🤘⚡ TWA

They did this in one take. Not like a studio version where get to make everything perfect. So, they did not splice multiple takes together to make it studio perfect. Besides, it's a live session so it isn't supposed to be spot on. They have only been playing together for about 2 years at this time. Alejandra on bass is 9 and has only been playing bass since she was 7. They also have recorded covers of Sweet Child of Mine, Resistance, Hysteria, We're Not Gonna Take It (which Dee Snider posted on his FB page), Back in Black, Crazy Train at this same age. Shortly following the upload of this on YT by father, Luis, they began writing their first songs which they released as the EP "Escape the Mind" in April, 2015 of the following year. Music and performing are their DNA. It's easy to get lost in the solo by Dany, but listen to the bass. 9 year old Alejandra is on time and in the pocket, as is Paulina on drums. Remember, Daniela is playing for 2 guitar parts AND vocals. This is the video that got me hooked on them and I have been supporting them on Patreon ever since and buy as much merch as I can. I have seen them once live and had a meet and greet which pass. I'm not wealthy, so I can't travel to go see them. I'm sure all of their music instructors told their parents, Monica and Luis, their 3 girls are literally musical talents and encouraged them to support them in their musical pursuits. There is a series of VLOGs "Bugs Visits the Warning" who is a drummer friend of theirs and he said in one of those VLOGs that they have 20x more talent than he and his band had at their age. So, every one around them saw this talent as well. You are so right about Alejandra, she does NOT like being at the mic. Even today, she does not like to sing lead unless Daniela is ill or tired and needs a break.
