Thanks for making this! I'm replacing mine soon and had a basic idea of how to do it, but this video showed each step very well. If you want to improve the production quality, maybe adding in a list of tools needed, part numbers, and an overview of the basic steps could help. Nonetheless, this is probably the best video I've seen on this center vent replacement, so I'm not complaining. I like that you have Mk.6 Golf content, so I'll check out those other videos if I need to change any of those parts.

Great thanks... everything went to plan getting the outer door panel off.... have you got a video doing that black inner door panel. I need to get to the outer door handle mechanism and its got to be behind that black panel .... I removed all the torx screws but something else is holding it I can't work out what. All the rivets seem to have stuff attached to the panel rather than the panel being riveted to the door. Any suggestions..?

It would have helped if you had shown why the need for replacement,what was broken of malfunctioning. As this would have encouraged others with the same problem to have a go at this diy job. Also showing part numbers would have been useful
