Yes you can fit it, but without the T51 Compressor housing!

Hey what's up, are you still on stock internals on your supra running the IM500 or did you build the bottom end as well? curious as to how much the B46 can handle on stock internals with the bigger of the two turbos you sell...also how much more noticeable is the turbo lag during spool?
Yes this car is still on stock internals. B46TU/B58TUs can run the IM450 or IM500 at max power with the appropriate supporting mods. If you want something that spools like stock the IM450 is better. IM500 is noticeably slower but still very reasonable for the power and wider RPM band.

Fast AF for a 4 banger, easily hang with modern V8s except you have much better handling because of the better weight balance and less overall weight.
I destroyed a hell cat on launch the other day 😂 but he smoked me from 60-100, I just couldn’t hang on my stock turbo 😢

im gonna install forged pistons and new bearings, rods and cam good till like 600
So they can handle a big turbo on stock internals crazy

@@DriveDynamicsAzall depends on fuel quality IATs and AfRs id get a b58 tu pump in there and a custom tune, the pump will ensure yoir always running the max 3000psi of fuel when pushing the car as the pump isnt maxing out in comparison to the stock fuel system

They are forged stock
so all that shit have to happen to make about the same amount of power the 3.0 makes stock.

This is faster than the stock 3.0 and on average still cheaper.
@@ruve_9074 im not saying the 2.0 supra is bad im just saying that if your gonna mod it might as well go for the big bro the 2.0 is really for people who just wants a supra but dont really care about the performance factor of it plus this exact supra its not that much faster its 0.8 seconds faster then a stock 382hp 3.0 supra to the quater and is only o.4 of seconds faster to 62 and that car have drag radials put drag radials and forge wheels on stock supra and i bet it to will do the same time plus even if it is slightly faster this car is only 8.5k usd cheaper then a base 3.0 this exact car have ipos billet manifold ipos downpipe and ipos e85 fuel kit and port injectors on a custom tuned and an afe intake kit the parts alone acording to ipos and afe website is already 4g the tune should be another 1g so thats a 5gs just in parts and software labour and shiping is at least 1g so your only saving 2.5gs this does not include wheels or tires and lets not forget the 3.0 supra actully come with brembo brake kit but now your car warranty is deffinitly fucked and its not gonna be very reliable long term and you miss out on the brembo brakes all to save 1500usd for a car that is barely faster then a stock 3.0 supra.
@@adventsociety5382the Supra 2.0 is only lighter because it takes less brakes and less cooling to stop and cool down the smaller engine you starts installing csf intake heat exchanger radiator and bigger oil cooler and big brake kit to the car the weight gap starts shrinking so now you have a car that is barely lighter then 3.0 and is definitely not as reliable or retain as much of its value since all mods go down the drain plus all to that mod and the price gap of the 2 model should be very close.
