    Thank you so much. I've smoked every kind of meat but my connection got me a bone in a5 strip loin. 18 pounder . It's beautiful and I didn't wanna mess it up at all removing the bone. This was perfect timing for me. I appreciate the knowledge

    I de boned a dry aged loin my self. I did exactly this without knowing what i was doing. Good to know i have half a brain!!! Thanks. Great video.
