Monsoon in the HIMALAYAS: Manaslu Circuit Trek | MAY 2024 | Nepal
On May 6 Chris Natsuume, who has completed multiple treks with Crystal Mountain Treks, embarked on a 20-day trek to Manaslu Base Camp and Annapurna Base Camp. Chris is on a quest to trek to all 14 Base Camps of mountains over 8,000 meters. He was accompanied by CMT guide Reinji Sherpa and photographer/videographer Devraj Rai. This is a video account of their trek. They began their trek late in the Spring season and hence experienced some cloudy days and pre-monsoon rains.
The Manaslu Circuit Trek circles the Manaslu massif and involves walking a total of approximately 95 miles/150 kilometers. This depends on where you choose to start and end the trek. Total altitude gain is approximately ...

View from the summit of Dhampus Peak
Просмотров 1114 месяца назад
It is a straight-forward climb to the summit of Dhampus Peak (6,090m/19,900ft.). You may or may not use a fixed rope when traversing to the main summit from the false summit. This video is from my trip in 2011 when I carried a basic camera and hence the low-resolution video. The Dhaulagiri Circuit trek is one of the most remote treks in Nepal which can be undertaken in under 3 weeks.
360 view from French Pass

The Dhaulagiri Circuit trek is one of the most remote treks in Nepal. And it can be undertaken in under 3 weeks. The walk from Dhaulagiri Base Camp to the French Pass is not as long or steep as the other popular passes in Nepal. There is usually snow on both the ascent and descent from the French pass. Enjoy beautiful views of Dhaulagiri I, Dhaulagiri II, Mukut Himal, Tashi Khang, and Tukche Pe...
Dhaulagiri Base Camp

We arrived at Dhaulagiri Base Camp after walking for several days on precarious trails (on a moraine and through narrow canyons with rockfall danger). This video is from my trip in 2011 when I carried a basic camera and hence the video in low resolution. The Dhaulagiri Circuit trek is one of the most remote treks in Nepal which can be undertaken in under 3 weeks.
Walking in the Ngozumpa glacier, Gokyo

A short video on walking on the Ngozumpa glacier on the approach to Gokyo Lakes. The trail changes every year as this is an active glacier. Follow the cairns and signs and carefully navigate past the jumble of rocks.

Nepal Mountain flight - Everest Experience
I loved it. Watched the whole thing. Thanks.
According to Wikipedia, Nepal contains most of the Himalayas, the highest mountain range in the world. Eight of the fourteen eight-thousanders are located in the country, either in whole or shared across a border with China or India. Nepal has the highest mountain in the world, Mount Everest at an astonishing height of 8848m as well as 1,310 peaks over 6,000 m height
Wow thanks for copy and pasting info from Wikipedia 👍
Bro, your inconsequential narration is spoiling the otherwise beautiful visuals. 😢😂😭

if you are vlogging don't afraid to speak loudly and freely, I felt a kind of monotonous in your voice and that has made the whole video tasteless.
