Beautiful dials, but it's not 'just as it was 100 years ago all enameling is still done by hand' at all, this is a polymer resin, not vitreous glass enamel that is fired in a kiln.
No sounds, no description. Why am i interested in this? This is not a mocking question. What function does this give to me the consumer? And whoever told you it was brilliant to do silent videos? Are they related to the big boss? If not fore them.
i cant believe that all that beautys stay one silence corner of social media. one little advice change that videos name because that tags isnt work. all that products awesome i cant find any words for explain but i watch all that enamel videos with pleasure. i send hug and hi from Turkey , Zeynel jewellery shop !!
I concur. This is not enamel. Enamel is a vitreous substance that is fired at 1500F It is MUCH more difficult to do. There would be many issues of stress, cracking and warpage if this deign were done in enamel. It takes a very skilled enamelist to make a design that will circumvent all these problems, and it takes an equally skilled craftsman to produce it. This is a real enamelled dial ruclips.net/video/EQQ0AM7uNxQ/видео.html
@@JC6411 Hi Julian, this kind of "enamel" is liquid plastic (epoxy) and you can put it in any kind of metal, it will harden with UV light. The real Glass enamel is a completely different process and requires firing at high temperatures. You can use gold, silver, copper and some other metals with glass enamel.
Wow this is so cool. I restore antique and vintage watches. For something like this I would use a new watch case and movement though. Are there any books on this. I think it would be so cool do a custom dial for some one, or one I think would be cool.
This is not enamel but a polymer with UV harding process produce by Heimerle +Meule it call COLORIT . The real enamel process is a fusion of the enamel powder (Component of silice) the temperature must be more than 600° C -> close to 800°. This is the reason why enamel is so difficult to produce in therm of quality and quantity. The price is also in relation of it. Patek Philippe, Van Cleef, Ulysse Nardin, Vacheron Constantin, Hermès etc... use real enamel only. You play with the words and make confusion in the spirit of the people. The traditional art of enamel is from the old middle age and you can go in the museum to see how the enamels are always beautiful because this is Glass.
Amazing!!!!!!! This so beautiful great job

Could you torch fire this? Also, what is the sticky stuff you use to add the wire? Does it act as a solder?
Beautiful❤
Bellissimo

this is just so intense dude. I dont care if this is enamel or not. I really find it attractive and I guess, that's what counts.
Please change the title as this is misleading and not enamel.
Definitely not traditional enameling, though very beautiful none-the-less!
Lovely but I really wish you had put a step by step instruction.
Which enamel are you using?
Great work, horrible music

Amazing
Beautiful!
Which enamel use ? Brand
Which enamel is this?
Muito bonito este trabalho de esmaltação a fogo.
Lovely. What enamel brand are you using
So beautiful! This is glass powder, right? How come the wet enamel doesn't drip off the ring before you heat it?
You have to put a paper napkin to pull of the water , but it should hold minimal moisture so it can hold to brush,
супер!!! Сколько слоев накладывали? спасибо
Hi do you have any videos on how you fabricate the bases of your pieces? may thanks

@@hectorherrera526 Yes, it is not original glass enameling.
@@curlyhairdudeify not in this case. Here it looks like a laser cut
Hai, is that cutting machine that you use to cut stone are similar to the machine to cut metal? Or it comes with different spec of machine?

How thin can you make a stone?
Nice job! Where are you from? How can I get in contact with you? Take care :)
