@@ReeceTweaks yeah fair enough. Have an 8 month old. He is starting to sleep more but the waking up at 5:30 is rough 😂 Working schedule doesn’t help though if I had a 9-5 Mon-Friday it would be easier. Also yes I love my child and it has been amazing I wouldn’t ever want to go back.

I think you’d only have self image issues through masterbation if it was a real problem in your life, say you were doing it multiple times a day, in which case I have said you need to make a real effort to stop or cut back. And completely agree that there are some positives you’ll get, my issue with it is the mindset people get themselves in, the obsession, and if they relapse, which most do because most guys attempting NoFap are young males full of testosterone with sexual urges, it’ll almost certainly cause more harm than good in my opinion due to the fact they’ll see themselves as a failure, all for something with benefits mostly caused by placebo

You got it wrong my friend. I never claimed fapping is good. I claimed there are far more important things to put energy into thinking about first. I believe that belief is a powerful thing and because of that a lot of the time being on ‘NoFap’ can be a bad idea…because if you believe NoFap is the reason you’re motivated, confident, energised etc, guess what, once you relapse you’ll feel less confident, less motivated, feel like a failure, feel less energetic. All that for something with minimal benefits when you could just be a guy who doesn’t masterbate, yet people are labelling themselves as ‘on NoFap’ and obsessing about it. Hope this helps

@@rezasadeghi945 no not all women will date based on status, of course there are exceptions. But there have been studies/surveys that suggest most women won’t date below their own perceived status. This is why the statistics show that the odds are stacked against female graduates at the moment when it comes to marriage and having children, that’s bad news for both genders. There’s no frustration or resentment here, just trying to offer advice based on what I’ve heard and experienced myself 😊

You set a timer for how long you’d like to put your phone down for but it’s done in a cool way, check it out
