Cutting daily delivery does absolutely shit all. They need remove unnecessary roles or find a way to use contractors instead of having people on payroll. They need to find a way to have managers do dual role management so they can cut unnecessary fat off of payroll. After they remove the majority of the higher paying roles, they need to reduce the amount of drivers on staff, reduce the human factors by investing and leaning more towards automation and robotics so they just need to hire techs instead of incompetent drivers and mail carriers that are way over paid for the skill required to do the task.
