Consistent Arrows from China!
In today's video we test the Blast pro arrows made by Consistent arrows in China. The Blast pro is an inexpensive arrow with the quality of arrows that are twice the price.
Are Chinese arrows worth shooting and why would I even give them a try? Today I'm going to answer those questions.

Look, boys, I get it. You have to save money where and when you can, but in the long term, it is only going to F us buying overseas made stuff. You need to buy American made, buy Easton. This goes for other products as well. Buy American made shit. Over time, it will help strengthen our economy and help bring more value back to the dollar. Making it go further.

Have a look at Pandarus arrows, made in China. They reportedly also manufacture many of the arrows for the big names under their branding. Pandarus have been around for a while here in Australia & are popular & well favoured, as they offer both all carbon & A/C shafts in a variety of diameter far cheaper & with equal tolerances & better, to those USA recognisable brands, who in reality, don't have their own carbon manufacturing facilities.

I won some arrows that have Sanlida stamped on the box and the shafts. The box is marked as 290 spine. They are factory vaned. I cut them and tipped them. Their straightness is excellent. Shot them hundreds of times and they perform as good as I can shoot. These will be/are this years hunting arrows. Already taken two boars and the arrows survived. Good enough. 👍👍👍 I’m assuming they were made in China?

Thanks for watching, the current model is a single distance sight. Murphs son and Grandson are both shooting models that are mounted to moveable brackets. This has certainly been the most frequently asked question so my guess is you see some type of option in the future. for hunting our area of south Alabama 90+% of shots are less than 20 yards. My hunting sight has a pin set at 25 yards it shots a couple inches high at 15 and a couple inches low at 30 so a single distance works pretty well for me. Thanks for watching. Murph is from south Alabama where 90% of his shots are less than 20 yards so originally he designed it with that in mind. With that said he does realize the need for adjustability. Both, his son and grandson are shooting moveable sight versions. Just my opinion but just like with any new business , I’m sure you’ll see growth and improvements as time goes on. Thanks again for watching and taking time to comment.

This isn't a new idea, and it isn't a good idea. There are novel releases every now and then and if they require one to do something, they eventually come down to the point where they are conscious releases and no help at all. For a short while they will be a distraction and work, but eventually they are just like any other conscious release. This is like the golfer with the yips who keeps changing putters, works for a while until it doesn't because there is no change in the fundamental problem. The reason back tension releases work is because one has to pull through the shot anyway. So at full draw one has to not collapse and pull through the shot; aim, and release the arrow. A back tension release fires the bow by pulling through the shot (using back tension). So you reduce the conscious processes to 2 from 3. And if one has a non-conscious way of aiming, and these exist, all of a sudden one is down to one thought, and that is how one eliminates target panic. Or stops it from ever developing. The only other release that does this, as far as I know (there are tons of back tension releases, more than one type, but the same process), is the Carter release they made for a year or so, that used electronics to fire the bow on an unpredictable cycle. It was expensive, and basically a training aid If you are using a back tension release properly, and you don't have a wrist strap it will fire the bow out of your hand, towards the target.
