Hi Miguel quick question when you say you close down your Discover card did you close it out or you just leaving it open what is zero balance?? Because that will affect your FICO and not in a positive way. You're making great progress...
I meant it as I brought it down to a $0 balance. I leave my cards open. I’ll clarify it better next time. Thank you

I k know it sounds crazy but if you want to really build wealth you need to invest an amount before paying bills. It’s sometimes not easy but paying yourself first is the best way.

I do a weekly "Zero Out Budget Challenge" so every Friday I take the last 4 digits of my bank account and move it to a "bucket" in my high yield savings account. Say I have $867.23 I'll move $17.23 over unless I'll feel short, then I'll move $7.23. Something is better than nothing.
This is excellent! Gotta get creative so save some money
