What is this basically?
You need to use "teleport prototype" if you are Lucky you will meet THE EYE, doing that unlocks the item "Yellow chamber" quite OP
@@chofa135I unlocked yellow chamber just by simply using the teleporter without even seeing this eye thing

I unlocked everything and only saw once, it is quite rare
Just get the prototype teleporter and use it as much as you can, it’ll unlock you the yellow chamber too if you don’t have it yet.

I remember when this first happened to me scared me so bad i had to Sit there for 10 minutes wondering what was happening. Ps It was like 2 am or near that time and I kept hearing weird stuff outside and at one point I heard someone scream after 10/20 minutes of silence so I was already scared didnt help that when I turned around to look at my TV I see an eye

its a feature for the active item that he used and its not a mod its in the game as a secret

You need that teleport active and you’ll get the room by rare chance
If i remember correctly, its a 1% chance to get teleported there upon using the Teleporter Prototype
