Hey Pranab! I've been trying to setup my D850 to work with Crane 2, but so far no luck. I'm amazed you got it to work! Could you please explain how you did that? I would appreciate your help man!
Do you have the latest D850 farmware update. And you have to use the Canon label cable to connect. There are two points in Crane2, just pluge the usb properly to larger on like you doing for mobile and it will start. It is simple. If you still facing issues please post your setup and give me the link.

good morning I possess a crane 2 connected with a d850 nikon. when I connect the camera with the cable usb recommended to the crane 2, the live on the camera it is not attivabile. someone knows the solution. the firmware of the crane is 1.73

So no photo features Like motion timelapse etc? Even in Camera 4k timelapse is not possible with motion? So it's just changing ISO Shutter Speed and aperture settings only!
Can you explain how it works? I'm more interested in motion timelapse with ZC2 n D850
You have to use the app to configure motion motion, and use time lapse shots features of camera. Check my videos I already did it.

I update firmware 1.73. My D850 can control Speed/Apature/ISO. But cannot control wheel with my gimbal. why? (close auto focus at My camera and Lens)

Hey I was able to update the firmware on the crane 2 but with my nikon d850 when I plug the cable in I lose the live view and ability to record video? Am I missing something?
Sorry I replied you late, I will check but it should work may be something missing. Let me check all about and if possible I will make another simple video for this.
For everyone having this issue, I just figured out that you have to set the camera on the crane as "Canon" NOT NIKON. This will make everything start working as it should.

I have a Nikon D750 and considering to get the Crane 2. What features will not work for D750 but will in D850? Will there be a firmware for D750 in the future? Thank you.
As per feedback from others D750 users Crane 2 doesn't support older to D750. The live view does not work, which is really sad. But Crane 2 comes with follow focus motor free so you can use it and to focus. I recommend in D750, keep your camera in manual, auto ISO sensitivity, shutter should be fixed, and aperture too. Put your D750 in live view, and use follow focus to focus. There are many supporting accessories for Zhiyun available. In D850 the Zy Play app not working for Time-lapse, Panaroma, etc. That need to update Nikon code which I believe cannot be possible as Nikon may not allow it. I hope this features will put smile on your face.

On D850 you don't need to use the servo follow focus system right? Can you please recommend a gimble that is compatible to D750 that includes internal features?
@@cindyalyssagracesantos6449 Yes the follow focus not required for D, G, E series lens however it is required for all manual lenses. So once you use the external follow focus motor then D850 and D750 and all other cameras are same because they don't contact to Zhiyun Crane 2 anymore.
Cindy, I haven't not used Crane plus. It doesn't have much features.
Yes it is working. But I have not tested the external follow focus motor which is coming as an accessory for manual lenses.
