That hairstylist should be ashamed of herself. But I bet she isn't. I just don't trust hairstylist anymore. However, there are good ones. I'll had several bad experiences with hairstylist. The best thing for me was learning my hair and doing my natural hair myself. I have learned what my hair likes and what it doesn't like. Too many stylist are interested in the style of the hair instead of the care of the hair. I had inflammation of the scalp which is very common in black women. It's just a lack of nutrients to the scalp. Once I got that under control (thank God), my hair is thriving. I also use all organic ayurvedic products. Your hair is beautiful and I'm happy it grew back so quickly. I was angry at the stylist who did that to you without your permission. What the hell? LOL🤔🤔 I do believe some stylists may be jealous when black women sit in their chair with beautiful, long hair. Girl, keep doing your own hair and I suggest you stay away from those stylist. I have heard too many horror stories including what I have experienced.

This is why i always got my gran to trim my hair when i was younger. A 'trim' for some hairdressers is like a six inch chop! I het so anxious going to the hairdresser's to this day (my gran cant see too well so can't have her trimming now lol) 😂
