I sure wish I could find out of these again. If you have a lead on anyone making these, please share. I don't have access to a 3d printer either
The best way currently is to follow the directions in the links with the 3d print files and have a friend print them for you.

I have used blue painters tape to hold components when flipping the board to solder. Works well and no residue.
